Ordering through our website
You can order through our website now. When you find a book you want to order, enter the quantity and click on "add to cart". When you are ready to check out, click on "view cart" and follow the instructions. Once you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, and you will receive your order with an invoice within 5 working days.

Payment Methods: We can bill your school or you can pay by credit card
Bill your school: We will bill only Schools, School Boards and School Districts. Terms are 30 days net. Private institutions, individuals and companies (private schools, bookstores, etc...) may be asked to prepay by credit card, cheque or money order.
Pay by credit card: We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments can be made directly through our secure website or by telephone at 1-800-667-7071.

Security of paying by credit card on our website
We use one of the best industry-standard security software for all credit card transactions made through our website. This Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software encrypts all your personal information including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read while being sent through the internet. If you are still uncomfortable with paying by credit card through the internet, simply call us at 1-800-667-7071 and we'll gladly take your order by phone.

Shipping
Canada and U.S.A.
Regular delivery in Canada and the U.S.A. is between two and ten working days. We can also ship rush (overnight, two-day and three-day) upon request. Shipping charges between 5% and 7% (minimum $5) will be added to your invoice.
U.K. and International orders (outside of Canada and U.S.A.)
Regular delivery to Europe is approximately ten working days. We can ship rush orders by international courier upon request. Shipping charges between 5% and 7% (minimum $5) will be added to your invoice. Minimum orders are $75. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Returns Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Restocking charges may apply, and vary between 15% and 25% of the price of the books being returned.

Taxes
7% G.S.T. (Canada only) will be added to your invoice. We do not charge P.S.T.
